    I spent years as a behavior analyst helping others build systems while quietly struggling with my own. Late-diagnosed ADHD, PMDD, task paralysis so bad I'd sit in front of my computer for hours and get nothing done. I went to a talk therapist for help and she told me to “just do it”. I never went back. I knew there had to be a better way. One that was actually built around how our brains work, not how we wish they worked. So I built it.

  • Talk therapy is valuable but it focuses on understanding why you struggle. This work focuses on what to actually do about it. We build real, flexible systems around your actual life and then we test them, adjust them, and make them stick. No processing in circles. No homework you'll never do. Just practical strategies that work for your brain.

  • Yes, and specifically so. A lot of my clients are women who have been told to just try harder their whole lives (with or without a diagnosis). The strategies we use are built around the way ADHD and burnout actually affect motivation, focus, and follow-through. You don't need a diagnosis to work with me but this style of coaching does benefit those who do.

  • Most clients leave with a working system and the confidence to maintain it on their own. And that is genuinely the goal. If you want continued support there are monthly membership options available after the 8-weeks, but there's no pressure to stay. You'll know when you're done.

  • You have options:

    • Continue building new goals

    • Stay supported while maintaining progress

    • Or move forward on your own with the systems you’ve built

    But the end goal is to help you build something you can sustain without external support long term!

  • No, and that's intentional. The goal of this coaching is to give you tools you actually own so you can manage your own life without needing a coach to stay on track. Some clients wrap up after 8 weeks. Some continue with a lighter monthly membership for a while. Either way the finish line is you trusting yourself again.

  • That's exactly what the free clarity call is for. It's a no pressure 30 minute conversation where we talk about where you are, what you've already tried, and whether this approach makes sense for you. If it's not the right fit I'll tell you honestly. Book the call and let's find out together.

  • Item descriptioThe full 8 week coaching program is $1,600. Monthly membership options start at $250. If you want to start smaller there's also a free workbook to help you get a feel for the approach before committing to anything. And if you're not sure which option fits your situation best, the clarity call is the right first step.
